drafted into service because of ability and willingness to serve.

how to get there.

GOOD are the leaders who know no discouragement, present no alibi.

GOOD are the leaders who know how to lead without being dictatorial.

GOOD are the leaders who lead for the good of the most concerned and not for
the personal gratification of their own ideas.

GOOD are the leaders who march with the group, interpreting correctly the
signs on the pathway leading to success.
