[leaders] Girl Scout Reminders

Leaders,

 

Just a few reminders today:

 

1.  Please register for the Leader Banquet.  Use a neighborhood event registration form – cost is $10 plus a dessert to share.  Registrations are due by Monday May 4…the Leader Banquet is Monday, May 11 at 6:30 pm at RUMC.

 

2.  If you have receipts for which you need reimbursement, please submit those asap to Cindy Wadlow.  We are trying to make sure that everything is up to date to that we can quickly process the end-of-the-year receipts.

 

3.  Cookies:  if you make a deposit of any cookie money by April 30, your troop will receive a 2 cent per box rebate from Council.  This rebate will be mailed to you after the sale is over.  You do not have to deposit all of your cookie money by that date.  This is an optional activity so if you are not able to make a deposit by April 30, that is not a problem.  Please contact Beverly or Beth is you have questions.

 

4.  Annual Meeting:  If you are a delegate to the annual meeting, please be sure to register for the event which is this Saturday, May 2 at Ferris State University.  Please call Kim Dyer at Council to register.

 

5.  Coming up:  Look for more information about Early Bird registration.  Beverly and I have received information about Early Bird, and will get it to you soon.

 

6.  Finally, we have removed the drop boxes from Lakes and Belmont.  Please use the drop box at NRMS if you need to get any information to Beverly, Tina, Cindy or Beth.
