Below is an e-mail we just received from counsel.  Please drop off a copy of your cookie deposit slips in the box in front of Jill Fitzhugh's house at 6821 Homestead by May 13.

 

Hello,

We are finishing up cookie delivery this week and beginning cookie booths.  Cookie Booths are a great way for your troop to earn some extra money after the initial orders are delivered.

 

This is also a reminder that troops have the opportunity to earn an additional $.02 on each box sold on their initial order with our Early payment incentive.

 

Just deposit the amount due for initial cookie orders into a council product sale bank account by April 30, 2009.  You must put your troop number on the deposit slip and submit the deposit slip and receipt to the Service Unit Product manager to receive your rebate check from council. Do not keep the additional $.02 out of the deposit.

 

Please keep in mind the Regular due dates for all money to be turned in:

 

MAY 11: Money due to troop.

 

MAY 13:  Deposit tickets due to Service Unit.

 

MAY 18:  Deposit tickets due to Service Center.

  • Troop number on all deposit tickets and bank receipts
  • Report of past due monies turned in if applicable.

 

Please pass this information along to all Troop Product Sale Managers and Troop Leaders.
