FW: Cookie Sale Is On!

Subject: Cookie Sale Is On!

The cookie sale starts on the February 23rd and before it does I thought I would just send out a quick e-mail and go over a few things that we have had questions on.

1.    All girls need to be trained and parent permission slips signed by February 23.

2.    The website for ABC cookies is www.abcsmartcookies.com, there is a lot of good information on this website, games for the girls and other things.

3.    As we discussed at training, there is no cookie dough this year until a girl reaches 500 boxes, this does not include any cookies sold at a cookie booth or post-sale.

4.    Before March 25 - tally your troop's order.  Remember that you can only order full cases of cookies so you may have to round up or down to the full case.  You can get additional cookies for your cookie booth or sales that came in after the date, from either a cookie cupboard or council.  These cookies have to be taken in full cases and if unsold returned in a full case (it can be a mixed case - but it has to be a full case.)

5.    Troop orders are due on March 25 either online or in paper form.  I'll send another e-mail reminder of that date as it approaches.

6.    Register your cookie booths, both with the form that was in one of the cookie manager books and online.  If your booth is registered online and someone calls council looking for cookies they will direct that person to the nearest cookie booth sale if it is online.

7.    If you have any questions call or e-mail either Jill or me.

8.    If you know of anyone who didn't get this e-mail, please pass it on or have them e-mail me.

9.    If you or anyone you know has a two wheel cart - please, please call or e-mail me.

Happy Cookie Sale!
