Date: Monday, June 7 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Location: Our Lady of Consolation Family Center

Troop Detailed Cash Report
Troop Annual Finance Report Form
And the most recent copy of your troop bank statement

These forms are all on the www.gsmists.org/resources page. There is also the Financial Assistance for Membership form (if needed) and the Troop Disbanding Form (if needed).
