Health History forms

For each girl in your troop, you should have a Health History form in your records. This form should be taken to any meeting, event or outing. The parents should fill a new form out at the beginning of the year and you should keep them. Bring them to ANY meeting, event or outing.

Drop Boxes

The drop box has been removed from North Rockford Middle School. Drop Boxes are available at :

    * Beverly Dickinson's house, 6237 Arroyo Vista Dr., Rockford

    * Kristi Neill's house, 6701 Checkerberry Lane NE, Rockford
