[leaders] Memorial Day Parade - come join me

Leaders,

So I was at a friend's son's Eagle Award Ceremony and was sitting at a table afterwards.  This nice gentleman started a conversation about Scouting and Girl Scouts came up, etc.  He then stated that he was the one coordinating the Memorial Day parade and how disappointed they were that there were no Girl Scouts.  Jessica said she thought we should do it.  (Where was this attitude in previous years?)  And he was so excited...

Guess who's coordinating the Memorial Day Parade?  Me!

Please join us if you will be around on Monday.  Got an older kid in Band?  I know you're in town.  I would love to have girls of all ages.  It is a perfect way to give back to our community.

You do NOT need to  RSVP.  Just show up.
Girls should be in uniform.
We are invited to the Open house at the American legion afterwards for food if you want.
