FYI, I was just out to the Council Office today and wanted to return and purchase Junior Badges from the old book.  I was not able to return any of the badges and only some of my fun patches (I had bought a bunch at the beginning of the year and had a girl drop out).  I also wanted to purchase some badges and they are out of alot of them.
