Maranda's Five Star Family Fun Update Winter break is wrapping up, but there are still fun events for families happening this weekend in West Michigan. Here are a few I recommend you check out!

Owl Moon Thursday, January 3 from 6-7:30pm Blandford Nature Center - Grand Rapids www.blandfordnaturecenter.org Listen to the winter classic tale about a boy and his grandfather's adventure during a night hike. After the story you'll take a guided hike in the woods. Tubing at Pando! Thursday, January 3 through Sunday, January 6 Pando Winter Sports Park www.pandopark.com Enjoy the exhilaration of rushing down one of six runs on our tubing hill. Extended winter break hours are 10am-10pm. There is a 42" height requirement for the tube hills. Snowflake Break at the Museum Thursday, January 3 through Saturday, January 5 Grand Rapids Public Museum www.grmuseum.org From 11am-3pm, the Museum will have special activities for families including games, crafts, hot cocoa and snacks. Open Swim at the Holland Aquatic Center Thursday, January 3 through Sunday, January 6 Holland Aquatic Center www.hollandaquaticcenter.org The Holland Aquatic Center will have special splash zone and open swim hours.
