Update--after several more emails, they fixed the due date, it really is the 20th now.  That means midnight on the evening of the 20th, though of course their clocks might not agree with ours.

So the current situation is that although they say orders are due on the 20th, it appears ebudde will lock at midnight tonight unless they fix it.  If you want to keep things simple you might want to get your initial order in and submitted today before midnight.  If you have changes after the software locks you out, I will be able to make adjustments for another day--they messed up that deadline too.  Sorry for all the confusion!
