Hello Adult Volunteers!

Tomorrow is our somewhat "end of year" leader meeting. I mention somewhat as this is the last formal meeting scheduled until August. Here is the for tomorrow:

First off, I would appreciate knowing who is planning on attending the meeting as this is our "pizza, pop, forms and adult awards". I just need know numbers for planning. thank you.

 

Secondly, the plan for tomorrow will be to:

Eat- while I review upcoming events and council information

 

Awards-

 

Paper work. If you took my hint in the beginning of the year and kept detailed notes; this should be easy. I will bring copies of these forms too. We will have experience leaders who have offered to help those who are new at this. There is also a council incentive to getting your paperwork in on time.

 

Finally, if you are aware of any leaders who are not getting these notes, please besure to ask them them if they have logged into the rockford gs web site which is a .org.  I have learned that not all have done this.

We just distributed these at our Leadership Connection Meetings for March – good timing!  They will also be added to the Volunteer Zone probably at the end of the week.
